Return and cancellation policy

1. Return instructions

Thank you for your order from ROYALNYX. We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If this is not the case, you have the option of returning it within the statutory period of 14 days from the invoice date. Please note the enclosed return process. You will find information about exchanging items at the bottom of the page.

Step 1 Please send your labelled package to:

ROYAL NYX GmbH, Hagenau 87, 22089 Hamburg

Step 2 Once we have received your exchange, we will send you a confirmation.

Step 3 Once your exchange has been processed, the amount will be credited to your account immediately.

2. Return conditions

a.) The right of return only applies to unused, unwashed and flawless items from which the labels have not been removed.

b.) The exchange will be at your expense

c.) Personalized items cannot be exchanged.

d.) The amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

4. Exchange conditions

5. Cancellation notice

If you wish to revoke the contract, you have the following option:

1. Cancellation by return

Your cancellation will be processed automatically if you return the item within 14 days from the invoice date, as stated above.

2. Written or telephone cancellation notice

You have 14 days from the invoice date to send us your cancellation notice either in writing by letter, by email or by telephone. After you have informed us by telephone, we ask you to return the items within 14 days.
